Rental Guidelines for 2013 NOAH Car Rental: Vehicle Condition: - The vehicle will be provided in clean and well-maintained condition. - Any existing damages will be documented in the rental agreement. - Clients must return the vehicle in the same condition to avoid additional charges. Fuel Policy: - Clients are responsible for refueling the vehicle during the rental period. - Clients must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. Prohibited Uses: - No smoking, including cigarettes, vapes, or any substances, is allowed inside the vehicle. - Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained. - Off-roading, racing, or any illegal activities with the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Return Requirements: - Clients must return the vehicle on time to avoid late fees. - If a client requests delivery, an additional fee will apply. - The vehicle should be returned to the designated pickup location unless agreed otherwise. Damage Policy: - Any damages incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. - Clients are liable for any damages not covered by insurance. - Insurance coverage details will be provided separately. General Rules: - Only listed drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle. - International use is not permitted unless pre-approved. - In case of emergency, contact the rental company or emergency services immediately.
