Rental Guidelines for 2013 HARRIER Automatic Petrol Vehicle: Vehicle Condition: - Return the vehicle in the same condition as received. - Late returns may incur additional charges. - Refuel the vehicle to the same level as at pickup. Fuel Policy: - Unleaded petrol only. - Clients are responsible for refueling the vehicle during the rental period. - Keep the fuel receipt as proof if requested. Prohibited Uses: - No smoking inside the vehicle. - Pets are allowed only with prior approval and using a pet seat cover. - No racing, or exceeding local speed limits. - International use is not permitted unless pre-approved. Return Requirements: - Return the vehicle on time. - Refuel the vehicle to the same level as at pickup. - Cleanliness: Return the car reasonably clean to avoid cleaning fees. Damage Policy: - Report any damages immediately. - Clients are liable for damages not covered by insurance. - Insurance details will be provided upon booking confirmation. General Rules: - Only listed drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle. - Clients can request vehicle delivery for an additional fee. - In case of an emergency, contact the host or support immediately. - Follow all traffic laws and regulations during the rental period.
